What exactly am I paying for in the pilot?›
A flat S$1,500 for a two-week recovery sprint on your own WhatsApp. You set it up once — your voice, your playbook, the MOH guardrails — and Iris runs to those rules, answering and recalling patients; anything clinical or off-playbook is held for a human. The fee is credited toward your first year if you continue.
What counts toward the 3×?›
Booked appointments — consult slots and appointments that come back through Iris during the pilot. If those don't add up to at least three times the pilot fee, we return the fee. It's tied to booked appointments, not treatment outcomes.
Do I need to integrate anything?›
No. Iris runs on your own WhatsApp and a simple CSV export of your patient list. Nothing to integrate, nothing to rip out — we onboard you and you're engaging patients.
What happens after the pilot?›
You move to a monthly plan — Recover at S$500/mo for ongoing compliant recall, or Always-On at S$750/mo to add 24/7 after-hours capture and booking. The pilot fee is credited toward your first year, and annual plans are discounted.
